Are the lender's guidelines updated in ReadyPrice?
Yes. Guidelines for participating lenders that are tied to price and loan qualification—i.e., LTV, CLTV, loan amount, credit score, property type, doc type, transaction type—are updated and current on ReadyPrice in order to give you an accurate qualification and price at any given moment. No need to wade through individual lender matrices for LTV/CLTV parameters. However, if you do need more detail, the lenders’ websites are a quick link away.
Are your rates accurate?
Our rates are very accurate. We create our own pricing engine for each participating lender based on the lender's own rate sheets and product matrices. Each lender's rates are refreshed during the day to reflect changes as they occur. Individual lenders’ rates are time-stamped so you can see when the last update occurred.
Can I choose my lenders?
ReadyPrice gives you the ability to either limit search results to your approved lenders only, or you can use the All Lenders' selection to view all available lenders.
Can I select multiple product types at once in order to compare pricing?
Yes, ReadyPrice allows you to select as many product types as you like.
Do you limit the number of results that will be displayed for a search?
ReadyPrice will display all possible results for all specific searches. Since the qualifications are accurate, remember that a simple parameter change or omission can significantly restrict or eliminate your ability to find matches. Please make sure each field is filled out accurately, and use our system to edit and re-run each search with adjusted parameters to find other possibilities for your client (such as trying combo loans, lower LTV's different documentation types, etc.).
How do you distinguish me from other accounts?
Each client is issued a unique user name and password which will be used to login to the site.
How much does ReadyPrice cost?
The cost for the ReadyPrice is detailed on the sign up page and recorded on your purchase receipt. Billing is done on a month to month basis from the date you join or your trial expires. There is no long-term commitment and the service may be canceled at any time. Volume discounts are available for multi-user groups. Please call us for more details at 1-888-853-0788.
I am ready to lock, and I don't want to search all of the lenders. I only want to look at the best price; can I do that?
Yes, just enter in your search parameters as usual, select the product type you are looking for, and click on ‘View Best Rates’.
I have an approved loan and am ready to lock; can I just search the lender my loan is approved with?
Yes, you are able to search for a single lender only, or all lenders, whichever you choose.
I just want a quick idea of today's rates do I have to type in a particular loan scenario?
ReadyPrice makes it easy to check the pulse of the market. Because our engine is populated with generic search parameters upon login, you can simply click on the Find Loans' button, then select the product type, and you can see who is offering the best price by note rate.
I selected a product type, but have changed my mind. Can I re-select a new product type without having to start the search over?
Yes, just click on the Select Loan Type' tab at the top, and re-select and de-select any of the available product types.
I would like to use ReadyPrice when I meet with my clients, but I don't want to show wholesale pricing. How can I do this?
When you set up your user profile in ReadyPrice, you can set a default origination fee for retail pricing, ie, 1 pt over wholesale price, 1.25, etc. Then when you are operating ReadyPrice in front of your clients, click on the ‘Retail’ radio button, and your default price will be added on top of the lenders’ prices automatically.
Is a long-term commitment required?
Our software is licensed and billed on a monthly basis; no long-term commitment required. Your ReadyPrice subscription may be canceled at any time by emailing us at billing@ReadyPrice.com. Note: pro-rated amounts are not issued for the current month of a discontinued service. We are very confident you will love our service and find that it truly enhances your business, so we look forward to serving your needs for many years to come.
Is this software Internet based?
Yes, as a web based application it is designed to be accessed from any Internet connection 24/7.
Once I receive a match, what is next?
When you find a loan match for one of your approved lenders, you continue with the loan submission process as you normally would. If, on the other hand, you are not an approved broker with a matching lender, or you see a lender with better rates than your current affiliated lenders, we suggest you contact the lender directly to become an approved broker for that and future loan submissions. Links to your lender’s website and rate sheet are readily available in ReadyPrice – no need to open up a new browser or dig through rate sheets.
Once I sign up is there a waiting period before I can use ReadyPrice?
No, you will have instant access to all programs and lenders in ReadyPrice. You may begin searching the instant you complete the Sign-Up form.
What about pricing adjustments?
Pricing adjustments are included in the all-in price; no more need for digging through rate sheets and worrying about missing an add-on. You can view the pricing adjustments by clicking on the link Adjustors' next to the price.
What happens if I lose my login?
If you have lost your user name or password or can't remember them, you can use the utility on the login page and your login will be emailed to you.
What if there is a lender I use that is not available on ReadyPrice?
On your set-up screen, click on the Request New Lender button on the Lender Setup' screen and enter the information requested. Our team will research and make every effort to make that lender available to you.
What should I do if I don't know the information to fill in your search fields?
ReadyPrice wants to make this as easy as possible for you to find the right loan for each client. The best way to determine which loan parameters to select is to have a conversation with your client regarding their potential purchase/refinance, and through their credit report. The better your search field selection in ReadyPrice, the more accurately you can qualify each buyer across multiple lenders.

Why do I not get any results when entering a loan scenario?
Search results are a factor of the loan parameters you set; limiting factors include transaction type, property type, high LTV to low credit score combination, unique loan combo types, etc. Our system was designed for you to edit each search and re-run it with modified parameters (doc types, LTV's, DTI, combo types, etc.) to give you different ways to find additional matches to your scenarios.
