Set up your Lenders in three simple steps!
Step 1:
Under the "Include" column, check the box next to each Lender you want included
in your search. Note: the Lenders you select should
be lenders you are approved with.
Step 2:
If you have your FHA or VA approvals and would like to include government loans
in your loan search, check the box next to FHA and VA for each lender that you are
approved with to do FHA and VA loans.
Step 3:
Under the "Lender Incentives" drop down, be sure to include any special pricing
incentives you may be receiving from your Lenders, which are not included in the
standard rate sheet, by product type . Note: Incentives
that improve your pricing are entered as a negative number.
